Terms of Service

Last updated July 16, 2026

These terms cover use of the ossoro.co website only. They are separate from — and don’t replace — the service agreement you’d sign with Ossoro for an actual website or AI project, which has its own scope, payment, and liability terms specific to that engagement.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse this site, use the contact form, and try the interactive chat demo. Please don’t use the site to submit false or malicious information, try to disrupt or overload it, or scrape it for purposes beyond normal browsing.

The chat demo isn’t a real AI service

The interactive chat widget on this site is a scripted demonstration — it matches your input against a fixed set of pre-written answers about Ossoro’s services in your browser. It is not a general-purpose AI assistant, does not connect to any external AI service, and nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored. It exists to illustrate what an Ossoro-built agent can do, not to answer arbitrary questions.

Content and intellectual property

The design, code, copy, and branding on this site belong to Ossoro. You’re welcome to link to it; please don’t copy the design or content wholesale for another site.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information on it (pricing mentioned in passing, timelines, examples) is illustrative, not a binding quote — an actual quote comes from a conversation about your specific project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ossoro isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For anything related to an actual paid engagement, the liability terms in that project’s signed service agreement govern instead of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
