Privacy Policy
Last updated July 16, 2026
Ossoro (“Ossoro,” “we,” “us”) operates ossoro.co. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why, and what choices you have. It does not cover how Ossoro-built AI agents handle data on a client’s own website or systems — that’s governed by the service agreement for that specific engagement.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, company, and whatever you write in the message field, when you submit the form on our Contact page.
- Chat demo inputs — text you type into the interactive chat demo on this site. That demo runs entirely in your browser (client-side keyword matching, not a live AI service), so what you type there is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic and which pages get visited. This collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, referring site) via cookies and similar technology. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry — to follow up about a potential project, answer a question, or schedule a call. We don’t sell contact information, and we don’t use it for anything beyond the reason you submitted it. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing and where to improve it.
Who we share it with
We use third-party infrastructure to run this site and respond to inquiries — Vercel (hosting), Google (Gmail, for sending the notification when you submit the contact form, and Analytics), and standard email/calendar tools. These providers process data on our behalf; we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone else.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete contact information you’ve submitted, or ask what we have on file, by reaching out through the Contact page or calling (980) 210-4298. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies, including analytics cookies, in their settings.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes in any meaningful way.
This page describes our own data practices in plain language. It is not a substitute for legal advice — if you need this reviewed for a specific compliance requirement, talk to an attorney.
